How we use your information

When you request a cleaning estimate, we use the contact details, home address, service choices, and notes you provide to prepare an estimate and respond to you. Please do not submit door codes or payment information.

Your inquiry is stored in our customer system, Tidyflow. Tidyflow emails it to us through its email provider. If you provide an email address, you will also receive a confirmation email. This website keeps a temporary copy while delivery is pending and removes its personal data once Tidyflow confirms receipt. If delivery is rejected or expires, the temporary copy is purged after 30 days from submission.

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. We do not add you to a marketing list or sell your information.
